Michael focuses on the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties in Northern California, primarily in Marin and Sonoma Counties. With more than 35 years of experience, he has successfully brokered more than 600 transactions. Prior to joining Meridian Commercial Michael was a Senior Vice President at Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank. Before that he was awas a partner in - a different - Meridian Commercial for 14 years. Meridian Commercial was a full service North Bay commercial real estate firm. Michael has represented a broad spectrum of clients, including sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, and developers. Using strong analytical abilities and broad real estate expertise he has assisted his clients in investment and user sales, development project market analysis and planning project leasing and user representation. He has also served as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defendant attorneys in commercial real estate cases. Michael's transaction volume and industry experience has earned him a spot on the San Francisco Times' Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate. He is also a past director of both the Marin Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. In addition to industry involvement, he is an avid runner and has been active in the community as youth soccer and basketball coach and a volunteer in the public school system.
